The offers are duly marked and identified as such and their validity period is effective while they appear on the web.

As responsible for the automated file, it guarantees full compliance with the Personal Data Protection regulations, and thus, the registered Client is informed and gives their consent to the incorporation of their data into the automated files existing in Costantino Hi-Tech SLU, and the automated processing thereof, for the purposes of sending commercial communications, including electronic commercial communications.
Said consent of the registered client is given on their behalf, being able to oppose at any time the sending of such communications through the usual channels with Costantino Hi-Tech S.L.U.

The acceptance of the registered Client so that their data can be processed or transferred in the manner established in this paragraph, is always revocable, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 11 of the L.O. 15/1999.
At any time, the consent given or exercise any of the aforementioned rights may be denied through the channels detailed in the previous paragraph.
